Service Description
Join me in this group Zoom where we'll wrap up 2024 and prepare for the year ahead. We'll start with a releasing and grounding meditation, then do an exercise to get clarity for the year ahead around the topics of work, relationships, family and spirituality. You'll need paper or a journal, a deck of cards, a bay leaf or regular leaf and a hole punch or scissors.
