Mind Body

Using curriculum designed by Dr. James Gordon at the Center for Mind Body Medicine, this program empowers participants with evidence-based techniques that can lower levels of stress, improve mood, enhance resiliency, and help relieve or prevent chronic health conditions.
Over the course of eight weeks, small groups will meet via Zoom or in-person to learn, practice, and share experiences with easy-to-learn techniques that can be integrated into daily living including:

Mindful eating

Participants should be willing to share personally and listen to others share.
The next 8-week ONLINE session will begin on September 16, 2024 at 6:30 pm eastern and the next IN-PERSON session will be in Norwalk, CT starting on September 19, 2004 at 10 a.m.
Fee is $150 for the 8-week group.
